What does the form collect?

The booking form collects your name, your email address, what you told us about the business, the countries and the platforms you want, and the page the enquiry was sent from. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is taken from your browser.

You do not have to name the business on the form. Owners who need discretion can say so and give the detail on the call instead.

Where is it stored?

It is stored in our own database, run by us for this website alone. It is not in a shared system with another business, and it is never passed to an advertising network or a data broker.

Who sees it?

A copy of each enquiry is carried over Telegram to the owner’s phone, so a real person reads it and replies. No one outside this business reads it.

Will my business appear anywhere?

No. We do not publish client names, logos or results, and your vertical never appears on this website.

Results are reported to you alone, and a reference is only ever given if you ask for one in writing.

What data do you handle during a retainer?

Access to the ad accounts you share with us, the creative and copy we produce for you, the campaign and performance figures those accounts report, and the website data needed for search work. We use it to run and report on your campaigns and for nothing else.

The ad accounts are yours, whether you shared your own or we created them for you. When a retainer ends, access is handed back or closed at your instruction, and we confirm when it is done.

What emails will you send me?

A reply to your enquiry, the plan and proposal, and the reporting your retainer includes. If you ticked the consent box we may also email you occasionally about the service; every one of those carries an unsubscribe link and one click ends it.

We keep the date and the wording of the box you ticked, so we can always show what you agreed to.

Do you use cookies or tracking?

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. There is no advertising pixel on this website.

How long do you keep it?

An enquiry is kept for up to 24 months after your last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. Campaign records are kept for as long as the law on business records requires.

How do I ask you to delete it?

Email hello@greymanager.com and say you want your details removed. We delete the record and reply to confirm, and you do not have to give a reason.

Where are your company details?

The company registration number and the postal address are not printed here yet, because they follow registration. When that is done they are added to this page and the change is dated, rather than a placeholder being shown in the meantime.

What if this page changes?

If we change what the form collects or where it is stored, we update this page and date the change. This page was last updated on 2026-09-22.
