What do these terms cover?

They cover this website, the booking form on it, and the terms a Grey Manager retainer runs on. The plan and proposal you agree to is the document that governs your account; these terms sit under it and say what is true before a proposal exists.

What does the monthly fee cover?

The work. Reading each platform’s ad policy for your vertical, writing the plan, setting up or taking over the ad accounts, generating and submitting the creative, running the approvals, and optimising the campaigns for as long as the retainer runs.

Search work covers the automation that gets the website ranked and cited.

The fees are flat and stated before anything starts: $550 per month for SEO and GEO automation on one website, $550 per month for ads automation on Meta, Google, TikTok and X, and $750 per month for ChatGPT ads.

What is not covered by the fee?

Ad spend and ad account fees. They are never inside the retainer, they are paid by you, and they are charged to you by the platform rather than by us.

A service charge of 2.5 percent on spend applies to the two advertising retainers and is stated in the proposal.

Put plainly: the monthly fee buys the work, not the media. We do not pay your ad spend, we do not front it, and we do not cover a platform’s account or verification fees.

What can we not promise?

That a platform will approve an ad, keep an account open or lift a restriction. No agency can guarantee a platform’s decision on an account, and an agency that says otherwise is guessing with your money.

What we do instead is build every ad from the platform’s written policy before it is submitted, and run several ad accounts on a single campaign so one restriction never stops the campaign. We also cannot promise a revenue figure, because what your market does after the click is not ours to control.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do, whether you shared an account you already had or we created accounts for you. You may watch the work inside your own account for the whole retainer.

When the retainer ends, access is handed back or closed at your instruction.

What is expected of you?

Accurate information about the business, the countries you sell in and any licence you hold, and a landing page we are allowed to change where the policy requires it. If a vertical is barred in a country, the plan says so before you sign and the spend is routed to platforms that allow it.

You remain responsible for your own legal and licensing position in the markets you advertise in. We build ads to a platform’s policy; we are not your lawyer.

What do we not do?

We do not build or sell custom software or AI agents. We do not publish client names or results.

We do not take work we cannot get approved, and we say so during the call rather than after the first invoice.

Can a retainer be stopped?

Yes, at the end of a paid month, in writing. There is no lock in beyond the month you have paid for, and stopping does not cost you the ad accounts.

Who owns what is on this website?

The words, the tables and the systems behind Grey Manager belong to us. You are welcome to quote a page with a link back to it.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the business is registered, and any dispute is dealt with there. If a court finds one line here unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Where are the company details?

The company registration number and the postal address are not printed here yet, because they follow registration. They are added to this page on the day that is done, and the change is dated.
