Health claim ads for cosmetic clinics
Say what the platform's policy allows and the health claim stops being the reason for rejection, which is the health claim advertising system Grey Manager runs for weight loss and cosmetic clinics. Claims are rewritten before submission, and the ads are live within 14 days of booking.

Why does a clinic ad get rejected?
Because of a health claim, almost every time. The treatment is allowed, the promise about the body is not, and the reviewer reads the ad, the image and the landing page together [1].
A clinic that has never broken a rule in its life gets rejected for a sentence its own website has carried for years, which is why the page and the ad are rewritten as a pair rather than one at a time.
What wording is approved?
The treatment, the process and who it is for. Not the result, not a number of kilograms, and not a body the viewer is invited to compare themselves with.
| What the ad wants to say | Rejected as written | Approved wording |
|---|---|---|
| A weight outcome | a figure lost in a set number of weeks | the programme, who it is for, how a consultation works |
| A visual result | a before and after pair of photographs | the treatment room, the practitioner, the procedure |
| A personal appeal | a claim about the viewer’s own body | what the clinic treats, stated plainly |
Which platforms carry clinic advertising?
Meta and Google carry most of it, TikTok carries the consultation led version, and search and AI answers carry the questions an ad may not answer at all.
Because so much of the demand starts as a question rather than a click, a clinic plan usually pairs the ads retainer with SEO and GEO automation, which ranks the plain answer and gets it cited. Clinics that also sell an ingestible product should read ads approved for supplement brands, because the claim rules are the same rules.
Who approves the rewritten claim?
You do. Every rewritten claim comes back inside the mock ups, and only the ones you pick are submitted.
That matters more in this vertical than in any other, because the claim is also a clinical statement your regulator may read. We build the ad to the advertising platform’s policy; what your clinic is permitted to say in your country stays your call. The wording discipline is shared with dating app advertising, where the same rule about claims aimed at a person applies.
What if an account is restricted anyway?
We never promise it will not happen. Multiple ad accounts run on a single campaign, so one restriction never stops the campaign, and we run the appeal while the others keep serving.
The ads automation retainer is $550 per month plus your ad spend and a 2.5% service charge on spend, and ad spend and ad account fees are yours. The prices are on pricing and the sequence from the call to live ads is on how it works.

Is approval guaranteed?
No agency can guarantee a platform’s decision, and we do not. What we hold ourselves to is 99% of ads approved across ordinary and sensitive businesses alike, with the ads live within 14 days of the booking date.
What we do not do
- We do not promise that an ad account will never be restricted. Multiple ad accounts run on a single campaign so one restriction never stops the campaign.
- We do not write medical copy for you or check it against your regulator. We build the ad to the advertising platform's policy; your clinical claims stay your responsibility.
