Ads approved for supplement brands
Build the ad, the landing page and the account to the platform's policy before you submit, which is what Grey Manager's ad approval system for supplement brands does. Ads are approved and live within 14 days of the booking date, and 99% of ads are approved.

Why do supplement ads keep getting rejected?
Almost always the claim, not the product. A promise of weight loss, a cure, a before and after image, or a landing page that says more than the ad is allowed to say.
Each platform publishes the rules it reviews against and reads the ad, the landing page and the account together [1] [2] [3]. A supplement brand can sell the same product on all four platforms and be rejected on three of them, purely because one sentence on the page carries a claim the ad did not. That is the failure we design out before anything is submitted, and the five reasons an ad is rejected are written out in why ads get rejected.
What do we check before an ad is submitted?
Three things, in this order, and you approve every ad that runs. Nothing is submitted while one of the three is still open.
| What we check | What gets fixed | Who approves |
|---|---|---|
| Claim wording | promises rewritten to what the policy allows | you pick from the mock-ups |
| Images and landing page | before and after imagery and page claims aligned to the ad | you approve the page copy |
| Account setup | multiple ad accounts per campaign, each built to policy | Grey Manager runs it |
Which platforms carry supplement ads?
Meta, Google, TikTok and X each allow supplement advertising within their published rules, and ChatGPT ads add a placement under the AI answer.
The plan you receive before signing says which platforms carry your product in which country, because a formula that is ordinary in one market is a restricted substance in the next. Where a platform bars your product in a country, the plan routes the spend elsewhere and leans on search, which is why every supplement plan we write includes SEO and GEO automation. The full step by step is in how to advertise supplements.
What happens if an account is restricted anyway?
We do not guarantee it never happens, because no honest agency can. Multiple ad accounts run on one campaign, so a restriction on one account never stops the campaign.
The appeal is run by us, with the fix stated, while the other accounts keep serving. We never rent, lend or move an account between advertisers, because Meta, Google and TikTok each treat that as circumventing review and suspend for it [1] [2] [3]. Weight loss claims sit close to the clinic rules as well, so if you sell both a product and a treatment, read health claim ads for cosmetic clinics and policy-safe advertising for CBD sellers alongside this page.
What does it cost and how fast is it live?
The ads automation retainer is $550 per month plus your ad spend and a 2.5% service charge on spend, and the ads are approved and live within 14 days of the booking date.
Ad spend and ad account fees are yours and are never inside the retainer. The three prices sit together on pricing, and the five steps from the call to the first live ad are on how it works.

Why do my ads keep getting rejected?
Almost always the claim, the image or the landing page breaks a written policy rule, not the product itself. Grey Manager builds each ad from the platform’s own published policy, so the rejection is prevented before submission rather than appealed afterwards.
What we do not do
- We do not promise that an ad account will never be restricted. We run multiple ad accounts on a single campaign so one restriction never stops the campaign.
- The retainer does not cover ad spend or ad account fees; both are paid by you.
