Ads approved and live in 14 days

Grey Manager runs ads and search for supplement, adult, gambling, crypto, CBD and offshore businesses on Meta, Google, TikTok, X and ChatGPT ads, with 99 percent of ads approved and live within 14 days of booking. You pay the ad spend; the automation runs everything else.

No logo wall, on purpose. Your vertical stays private.

What has this system actually done?

These are numbers from the automation we run, not a forecast.

Which businesses does Grey Manager run ads for?

One system per vertical, each built from that platform's own ad policy.

How does it go live in 14 days?

Three steps, and you approve the creative before anything runs.

  1. Book a private call

You tell us the business, the countries and the platforms you want. No account access is needed yet, and owners who need discretion get nothing in writing until they ask for it.

  2. Approve your mock ups

Each platform's ad policy for your vertical is read first, the plan and proposal follow, and the automation generates the creative from those rules so a rejection is prevented before review.

  3. Live within 14 days

Ads go live within 14 days of the booking date, on several ad accounts per campaign so one restriction never stops the campaign, and every campaign is optimised automatically from day one.

What do owners ask before they sign?

The five questions we hear most, answered straight.

How is this different from an agency?

Automation runs the account, a person runs the plan.

What do owners ask before booking?

The five questions every first call starts with.

Why do my ads keep getting rejected?

Almost always the claim, the image or the landing page breaks a written policy rule, not the product itself. Grey Manager builds each ad from the platform’s own published policy, so the rejection is prevented before submission rather than appealed afterwards.

Is approval guaranteed?

No agency can guarantee a platform’s decision, and we do not. What we hold ourselves to is 99% of ads approved across ordinary and sensitive businesses alike, with the ads live within 14 days of the booking date.

Can I run ChatGPT ads from a country OpenAI does not list?

Yes, through an eligible company. OpenAI ties eligibility to the advertiser’s legal entity and fixes the country at account creation, so Grey Manager forms an eligible company for the business and runs the ads through it.

What is not in the retainer?

Your ad spend and your ad account fees. Both are paid by you, on top of the retainer and the 2.5% service charge on spend, and there is no tier at which we pay them for you.

What if one of my ad accounts is restricted?

We never promise it will not happen. Multiple ad accounts run on a single campaign, so one restriction never stops the campaign, and we run the appeal with the fix stated while the other accounts keep serving.

Ready to be approved?

Tell us the business, the countries and the platforms on a private call, and the plan follows before anything is signed.

One reply within one working day, and no proposal until we have talked.

What does Grey Manager do?

It gets ads approved for businesses the platforms treat as restricted, runs those campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, X and ChatGPT ads, and gets the website ranked in search and cited by AI answers. All of it runs on our own automation, on a flat monthly retainer.

The work splits three ways, and each one is a retainer of its own: ads automation on the four main platforms, ChatGPT ads for advertisers inside and outside the listed countries, and SEO and GEO automation for the website itself. The ad spend is always paid by you.

Why do ads in these verticals keep getting rejected?

Almost always because the claim, the image or the landing page breaks a written policy rule, not because the product is banned. The policy is public; the reason for a rejection usually is not.

So the order of work is reversed here. Each platform’s policy for your vertical is read first and the creative is generated from those rules, which is why 99 percent of ads are approved, ordinary and sensitive businesses alike. Several ad accounts run on a single campaign, so a restriction on one never stops the campaign. Where a platform bars a vertical in a country, the plan says so before you sign and routes the spend to the platforms that allow it.

What happens between booking and live?

A private call, then a plan you read before signing, then approvals: ads are live within 14 days of the booking date. Nothing goes to review until you have picked the creative.

You can keep your own ad account and watch the work inside it, or have the accounts created and run for you. Either way the accounts are yours. The full sequence, step by step, is on how we get ads live.

Which businesses is this for?

Supplement brands, adult platforms and creator sites, online casinos and sportsbooks licensed or not, crypto exchanges and token projects, licensed brokers, CBD and hemp sellers, vape shops, dating apps, weight loss and cosmetic clinics, and offshore companies.

Each one has its own system, because each one is rejected for a different reason. Start with the page for your vertical, such as supplements, casinos and sportsbooks, crypto or offshore companies.

What does it cost, and what is not included?

Three flat monthly fees. Ad spend and ad account fees are never inside them: they are paid by you, on top of the retainer, along with a 2.5 percent service charge on spend for the two advertising retainers.

What the retainer coversPer monthWhat you pay on top
SEO and GEO automation for one website$550Nothing
Ads automation on Meta, Google, TikTok and X$550Ad spend, ad account fees, 2.5 percent on spend
ChatGPT ads for international advertisers$750Ad spend, ad account fees, 2.5 percent on spend

Every number here is a flat fee, not an estimate, and the same table is on pricing.

Can I run ChatGPT ads from my country?

If your country is one of the 56 OpenAI lists, yes, directly. If it is not, an eligible company is formed for you and the ads run through it, alongside our own United States entity.

The current list and the date it was last checked sit on the ChatGPT ads availability page, which is updated on a schedule rather than when someone remembers.

What is not promised here?

That an ad account will never be restricted. No agency can promise a platform’s decision, and one that does is guessing with your money.

What we do instead is build to the policy and run several accounts per campaign, so one restriction never stops the campaign.

We also do not build or sell custom software or AI agents, we do not pay your ad spend, and we do not publish client names or results. The rest of the awkward questions are answered on the FAQ.

What we do not do

  • We do not promise that an ad account will never be restricted. No agency can, and one that does is guessing.
  • We do not build or sell custom software or AI agents. We run ads and search on our own automation.
  • The retainer does not cover ad spend or ad account fees. Those are yours, on top of the fee.
  • We do not publish client names or results. Nothing about your business appears on this website.
